Let me tell you about the Easter….

Jesus had many enemies who wanted to be rid of him. Jesus knew that he had only a short time left. The Thursday before he died, Jesus invited the disciples to have supper with him. It was their last meal together.

“Remember me,” Jesus  told them, “when you eat the bread and drink the wine. I am going to live with my Father in heaven, but I will be with you wherever you go.”

On Friday, soldiers arrested Jesus and nailed him to a cross. Jesus said to God: “Father, forgive them. They know not what they do.” When Jesus died, his friends placed his body in a cave and covered the cave entrance with a rock.

On Sunday, a friend of Jesus named Mary Magdalene went to the cave. The rock had been rolled away! The cave was empty! An angel appeared and said: “Peace be with you. Jesus is risen from the dead!”

Jesus came back to visit his friends. He told them to teach about God’s love. “Tell the people,” said Jesus, “to believe in me even if they can’t see me.” And then Jesus went up to heaven to live with his Father.

Now lets talk about Easter Tradition about the Easter Rabbit and Easter Egg. Have ever wondered  while downloading the Easter Greeting  from #GoogleImages, #Instantgram,or other sites there are some greeting having the graphics of three decorated colorfull Egg and a Rabbit Holding it.

Guess….. Dont know…Okay i will tell you a story

Easter Bunny and Rabbit Story:

Once upon a time, a very long time ago, there lived the Easter Rabbit. He was a big bad Rabbit. Easter Rabbit did not like children. He did not like anything in the whole entire world, not even chocolate and that’s why he hated his job. At Easter, the Easter Rabbit was always late and every child only ever got one Easter egg. If you weren’t the oldest child in the family, you had to share the one Easter egg. The next Easter came and it was cold and rainy so children hardly wanted to share their Easter eggs. However, a new and improved Easter Bunny was born. The Easter Rabbit was very cross and angry and not happy. So the two started fighting. They were teasing each other and they were un-stoppable. The Easter Bunny was sick of the Easter Rabbit so he decided to give children more Easter eggs for Easter. Soon children around the world were starting to become fatter than usual because of all the sugar in their systems. The Easter Rabbit was teasing the Easter Bunny because of that. Soon they were fighting again.
Now the Easter Bunny was young and couldn’t speak properly, but he was always trying.
One morning, when he opened up his bedroom drawers, the dust made him sneeze. When he sneezed, he accidentally said a word. This is how the Easter Bunny learnt how to talk. He decided to talk to the Easter Rabbit and he said, ‘I am sick of fighting and we are both Easter Rabbits. Lets be friends’. Easter Rabbit taught the Easter Bunny how to celebrate Easter and how to make children happy. They became best friends. They worked together to give eggs at Easter but not too many chocolate eggs. So the Easter Rabbit gave the Easter Bunny a piggyback ride and they set off to give chocolates to children around the world. Each child got a chocolate rabbit, three big eggs and ten solid eggs. The two best friends gave eggs to every child and the Easter Rabbit became friendlier and friendlier. The Easter Rabbit taught the Easter Bunny everything he new about Easter. But he didn’t tell the Easter Bunny that if anyone saw him he would be gone forever. That same day a little girl called Tinel was up really late because she wanted to see the Easter Rabbit. The Easter Bunny was watching how to do it. But when the Easter Rabbit reached out to give Tinel what they planned to give everyone, she woke up and with a ‘pop’, the Easter Rabbit was gone for good. Now Tinel was the daughter of a TV reporter and the Easter Bunny was wondering what was taking the Easter Rabbit so long so he walked in. The Easter Rabbit was not there. Then, he was blinded because of the flash of a camera from the reporter Mum. The Easter Bunny became famous from that day on.

Easter Tradition:

You won’t find about  them in the Bible, but many cherished Easter traditions have been around for centuries. The most prominent secular symbol of the Christian holiday, the Easter bunny and Easter Egg and he decoration of eggs.Other traditions, such as the consumption of Easter candy, are among the modern additions to the celebration of this early springtime holiday.

Easter Bunny

The Bible makes no mention of a long-eared,Easter creature who delivers decorated eggs to well-behaved children on Easter Sunday. The exact origins of this mythical mammal are unclear, but rabbits, known to be prolific procreators, are an ancient symbol of fertility and new life. On Easter morning Easter Rabbits deliveries Easter Eggs made of chocolate and other types of candy and gifts, while decorated baskets replaced nests. Additionally, children often left out carrots for the bunny in case he got hungry from all his hopping.

Easter Eggs

Easter is a religious holiday, but some of its customs, such as Easter eggs, are likely linked to pagan traditions. The egg, an ancient symbol of new life. From a Christian perspective, Easter eggs are said to represent Jesus’ emergence from the tomb and resurrection.

Image Across all cultures, men and women have found consolation and courage in the belief that death is not the end, but that it is followed by another, better life to come. How this next life will come about and what form it will take are questions that have occupied the human race down the centuries.

Happy Easter
